Update/weigh-in
So I was trying to only do weigh-ins on Sundays.
But I cracked and weighed myself this morning.
I am down 2 pounds since Sunday.
I feel like this is a great start!

Starting weight is 250 again.
Resetting everything. I WILL do it this time. I have to.

I’m still down 4 pounds. Haven’t been to the gym the last couple days, but I’m maintaining. Which is better than nothing.
I just weighed in at 248. That’s down 4 pounds already and I haven’t even started my diet yet. I’ve just been doing cardio
I’ve been feeling like people are noticing my size more. One girl at Steak & Shake looked at me, turned back to her friends and they all started laughing. It made me order a grilled chicken jalapeno sandwich with cottage cheese instead of fries.
